Bottom End Service

T-Man’s M8 Bottom End Service is the go-to for our big cubic inch performance motors. We partner with Darkhorse Crankworks and use their cranks exclusively to bring you the best crank service possible, whether you are wanting to rework your existing crank or are looking to upgrade to a new one. First, we start with align-boring your cases and then installing our custom Timken bearing insert, which will support your crank and create a much more stable bottom end.

One of the cornerstone features of this service is our proprietary scraper system. We believe this is the fix for wet sumping issues and will create a consistent and reliable oiling system. We will set your endplay and fully assemble the bottom end with a full spec sheet of all work performed before shipping. Another option is boring your cases for larger bore cylinders if your application requires it. With the M8 motors producing more power and torque, our M8 bottom end service is a sure way to ensure confidence in your investment.
