T-Man Performance offers complete bottom end service for your VTwin Engine. This includes installing a Timken insert, truing, taper fit plug, balancing and welding your crankshaft and boring your engine cases.

TR knows your engine is only as good as the bottom end! With Harley's decision to cut back on the quality of their bottom end.....lesser quality flywheels, unbalanced flywheels and non-Timken bearings...TR has begun offering a complete bottom end rebuild. Trust your bottom end to one of the finest names in the business (T-Man Performance), TR disassembles your crankshaft, trues, taper fit plugs and welds the assembly forming a solid connection between your piston and primary. This assembly is precision balanced with your pistons. T-Man Performance then modifies 2003 and up TC88 cases with a Timken Bearing Insert, this provides the rugged base needed by today's high performance applications. If you want, T-Man Performance can even bore the cases out to accept larger cylinders. The insures no matter what Horsepower and Torque you put through the bottom end, it will be able to take it.

Timken Inserts ....
Making sure your engine can take the demands of a high performance build, T-Man Performance recommends retrofitting your 03' to present case with a Timken Bearing Insert. T-Man performance machines and installs this insert to provide the critical crankshaft control needed by a high performance engine.

Crankshaft....
Complete in-house disassembly-reassembly, T-Man Performance now offers their precision crankshaft service. TR has built the jigs and developed the precision components needed to properly repair and rebuild VTwin crankshafts. From stock crankshafts to higher performance ones, all can be bettered by having T-Man Performance rebuild it. Using only the best H-Beam Rods to applying heavy metal to '07 to present crankshafts, T-Man Performance can make your crankshaft virtually bullet-proof!

The Devil is in the Details....
When modifying Stock '07 to Present HD crankshafts, T-Man Performance relieves the flywheels to gain the necessary clearance for their custom H-Beam Rods. Because Taper Rods where supplied stock, the wheels were designed with this in mind. With the use of H-Beam Rods, there is not enough metal that can be removed to properly balance the flywheel. TR recognized this and developed the use of "Heavy Metal" to provide the correct counterweight to offset the heaver H-Beam Rods! He is the first to do this.

Case Boring....
