CVO Street Performer
Our CVO Street Performer head is the first step in performance for the CVO customer who is looking for an increase in horsepower and torque on a variety of different types of builds. This head works great on our 113” motor which utilizes your stock cylinders but can also be used with the Harley 117” slip-on cylinders and the S&S 117/124 cylinders. We offer a full CNC program for your air-cooled motor as well as the water-cooled heads, which produce big horsepower and torque on a well-mannered touring bike. This head will accept up to a 660 Lift Cam and Top Dead Center (TDC) Lifts of 215 on the Intake / 202 on the Exhaust. Valve depth can be modified to accept larger TDC lifts upon customer request.

CVO Thumper Heads Upgrade
The CVO Thumper is the highest output CVO head offered by T-Man Performance, designed to get the most out of your motor. The intake port is welded so we can raise both the floor and the top side of the port, increasing both flow and velocity. Pair this with our custom oversized valves and you have a cylinder head capable of 150+ HP and comparable TQ on a pump gas street bike. This head comes standard with high lift dual springs but can be upgraded to the premier springs with titanium top collars and keepers for high lift cams and high RPM builds. Due to the water jackets, the Thumper Program is only available on the air-cooled heads.

Upgrade for 120r/MVA
This upgrade enhances the fully CNC ported head from Harley-Davidson. The intake is enlarged 1.800 OD to enhance flow. It also includes an oversized intake valve and a performance valve job. The exhaust port is enhanced by using a high flow exhaust valve but keeping the cross-section at its original size. This increases flow and velocity while still utilizing the stock CNC program. We do run a CNC program on the chamber to unshroud the valves before all ports and the chamber are hand finished and radiused.
