T-Man Performance designed this head for the customer looking for the maximum effort in their sportster motors. This head has proven to work on high output 1200 cubic inch motors and on larger displacement motors as well. This head will require high compression pistons regardless of motor size and is available in multiple valve sizes depending on the displacement of the motor and Cam Top Dead Center (TDC). Description

Sportster Elite Series Head

The next step up in the line of T-Man performance cylinder heads for Sportsters. This head comes with a custom 1.900 intake and 1.610 exhaust valve. It is offered in a 1.710 inlet opening or 1.800 inlet opening. These heads feature our “new” fully CNC intake and exhaust ports. It also features our welded exhaust ports and fully machined chamber to control consistency from head to head. All machined areas are hand finished to insure max flow and port velocity. This head will need a higher compression piston to utilize its capabilities.

Head packages require your heads to be sent to T-Man Performance for work to be completed.
* When not using T-Man Performance pistons the builder is responsible for checking all valve to piston clearances.
** If during the welding process, heads crack then T-Man Performance is not responsible for replacement and up-charges to repair.
