T-Man 580-PS

This is a new grind from T-Man for 2017. This cam was designed to be utilized with the Harley-Davidson CNC ported head that comes with their stage 4 performance kit. This cam is a perfect upgrade for your existing kit – it will maintain great bottom end torque and continue to make a nice power band throughout the higher RPMs unlike the cams supplied with the original kit. A perfect upgrade for the customer looking for a little more out of his Harley kit with out breaking the bank. We recommend this cam at 9.7 -10.2 compression and will work very effectively at 10.5 compression. Cold cranking pressure at 9.7:1 is 185 PSI and at 10.2:1 is 197 PSI at sea level

These PS cams are designed with a little longer centerline on the exhaust to increase throttle response and bottom end torque on the compression ratios supplied in the Harley-Davidson kits.

T-Man Performance has been working diligently with Andrews Products on our NEW Exclusive PS design to give our customers the quickest accelerating cams on the market while maintaining the reliability of longevity for valve train components and insuring the quiet running valve train requested by the Harley crowd. The new grinds are identified by the ‘PS’ stamp on the Cams.

Some of the things that can impact your current or future build are compression ratio, riding style and where you live. One of the most overlooked questions regarding a cam choice is – the elevation where you do most of your riding. A cam choice will vary due to altitude and compression ratios should be considered because of this variation.
