Street Performer
Our entry-level performance head is for the customer who is looking for an increase in horsepower and torque while working with existing stock components. This head is compatible with the flat top 103 and flat top 110 piston kits from Harley-Davidson but is recommended for use with the T-Man Performance 107 kits. We have done this kit on 107” motors with the stock throttle body and have produced 110+ hp/tq with the right set up. This head will accept up to a 625 Lift Cam and Top Dead Center (TDC) lifts of 215 on the Intake / 204 on the Exhaust. Valve depth can be modified to accept larger TDC lifts upon customer request. Compression ratios will vary due to piston type.

Pro Touring
Our Pro Touring Elite head is our most popular Twin Cam head and was designed to provide a substantial increase in horsepower and torque for the high mileage, touring rider. It’s designed to keep the compression at a moderate level so, if during a trip, higher-octane gasoline is not available the performance of the engine will not be affected. When used with our 107” kit or the Harley Davidson 110” cylinders, this head has time and time again produced 120-125+ hp/tq on everyday riders. It will have a torque curve that starts at 2000 RPM and wont peak until 5250 RPM in most cases. Our High Output version of this head pairs great with larger cubic inch motors and has a more aggressive port design, dual springs for larger lift cams and a 20° angle cut in the head to match our pistons. Our 124” High Output Pro Touring motors have produced 140+ hp/tq on pump gas touring bikes. This head will accept up to a 660 Lift Cam and Top Dead Center (TDC) Lifts of 215 on the Intake / 204 on the Exhaust. Valve depth can be modified to accept larger TDC lifts upon customer request.

Thumper
Introducing our highest output street head to date. The Thumper Head was designed for a max effort motor while maintaining the stock look of your engine. This head is machined to change the valve angles, allowing us to run a larger intake and exhaust valve without having to sink them deeper into the chamber to clear higher TDC lifts. The intake port is welded so that we can raise both the floor and the top side of the port, increasing both flow and velocity. New seats and guides are installed to accept the larger valves and ports. This head comes standard with titanium top collars and keepers on high lift dual springs. Premier high lift springs can be added for higher lift cams. The Thumper design is for the customer that wants to get the absolute most out of their build on a performance street bike. Due to the water jackets, the Thumper Program is only available on the air-cooled heads.
